Project Saarthi – Career Counselling

Finding the right path for your future is not easy and can often be confusing. Therefore, we at Ishya have begun “Career Counselling”  services for our students to support and guide them in shaping their future. We understand that every student is different and has varying aspirations and to cater to those, we provide tailored guidance to each student. Be it finding the university of your choice, or even a vocational course, we will help you find your path!

We test the students aptitude to find their interests and abilities, find available and accurate career options, and design the right way forward while supporting them to lead this journey.

At Ishya, the students receive guidance from professional counselors that provide expert advice on the potential, aptitude, motivations, skills and areas of improvement. Career counselors work alongside the students in a systematic pattern. They determine the individual’s strengths, weaknesses, learning patterns and their interests. Usually through tools like aptitude tests, IQ or interest tests. Based on these tests, the counselor and the student work together to find a potential career choice. 

In the last one year, we have hosted the following events for Project Saarthi : 

• We invited National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) to understand more about the vocational courses they offered.
• We hosted a coaching session with renowned career counsellor Ms. Ishita Banerjee of CareerForte.
• We also hosted multiple sessions with SimplySupernaa, Yuno Learning and Mitr Trust. 

We invite Career counselors who are interested in serving and guiding our students.
