Happiness is actually the state of being happy. Philosophers from within have given different views on this topic. Although the most impressive happiness content is that happiness can be felt and should not be sought in the outside world. l believe we should ask people to live in the present and stop worrying about the past and the future. We should stop thinking about our past mistakes and mistakes that happen the most.

No one is complete skilled in every task. We should stop blaming ourselves for all the bad decision made in our life. It is also easier to maintain health emotions by activating emotion such as calmness and contentment rather than getting over excited or sad in various situations. We should be thankful to God for giving such happy moments.

We should always think positively. The only way to experience happiness is to think good about everyone around you and never think bad about yourself. People can’t by happiness. More urge for money hurts us on the contrary, in this we should be satisfied with ourselves. Happiness comes from inside. There is a delay in finding happiness.

We can fill every little thing with happiness. Stay away from people who talk negatively or discourage you. Instead, stay with positive people.  Basically, our thoughts are what make us feel positive or negative. So that is why we need to work on building positive thoughts and positive attitude towards life and in the end, this becomes the reason for happiness.
